An annual highlight of the children’s activities at Church Lane is the holiday club. This normally happens in February half term and runs for four mornings. There’s always that wonderful mix of stories and drama, music and craft, games and puzzles. The programme is geared for all children of primary school age.

Each year is themed and the whole church discovers what has happened during the week either by coming to the Friday fun night or the Sunday service at the end of the week.        

Over the years the church building has been transformed into the seaside, or ancient Egypt; a pirate haven or a huge packing case! 

The 2010 Holiday Club was called 'Show Stoppers'. 

At the end of the week the children went to the local theatre for a backstage visit.  Here are some of the photos from this day:
